      <title>International Student of Vavilov University Wins All-Russian “AgroStart” Competition</title>

      <turbo:content><![CDATA[<header><h1>International Student of Vavilov University Wins All-Russian “AgroStart” Competition</h1></header><div class="t-redactor__text">A student of the Institute of Agribusiness at the <strong>Saratov State University of Genetics, Biotechnology and Engineering named after N. I. Vavilov</strong> has won the first All-Russian agro-project competition <strong>“AgroStart”</strong>, held at the <strong>Maykop State Technological University</strong>.<br /><br />The competition was organized by <strong>MSTU</strong> with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Adygea. The project moderators were Nurbi Mamtsirov, Head of the Department of Agricultural Production Technology, and Associate Professor Maria Galicheva.<br /><br />The contest brought together international students from Russian universities, young researchers, and future specialists in the agro-industrial complex. Participants presented innovative ideas addressing key challenges in the sector, including food security, sustainable development, and the implementation of modern agricultural technologies.<br /><br />A total of <strong>21 projects from five regions of Russia</strong> were submitted, with <strong>10 works reaching the final stage</strong>.<br /><br />The highest award and <strong>First Degree Diploma</strong> were granted to <strong>Ali Mohamed Tarek Farouk Mohamed</strong>, a student of group <strong>BE-401</strong>. The competition committee highly praised his research titled: <em>“Improving the Competitiveness of the Dairy Processing Industry in the Saratov Region Considering Brand Strategy.”</em> The study was noted for its depth of analysis, relevance, and practical significance for the regional agro-industrial complex.<br /><br />The project was supervised by <strong>Associate Professor Lyudmila Pototskaya, PhD in Economics</strong>, Department of Agribusiness Economics, Institute of Agribusiness.<br /><br />It is also worth noting that winning the competition provides an additional academic advantage: according to the rules, laureates of “AgroStart” receive <strong>10 extra points</strong> toward admission to master’s programs at Maykop State Technological University.<br /><br />The Institute of International Relations at Vavilov University expresses sincere pride in Ali Mohamed’s achievement. His success demonstrates that international students are fully integrated into the academic community and compete on equal terms with the country’s best young researchers, proudly representing Vavilov University at the national level.</div>]]></turbo:content>
